The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead our team in designing, delivering, and scaling an exceptional customer experience for our Virtual Care Platform. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital health, B2B SaaS, or employee benefits, with expertise in navigating employer sales cycles, managing clinical teams, and building high-impact, scalable platforms for care delivery.

About You

You will be responsible for setting the vision for the company, defining the overall strategy from launch to scale, recruiting and leading a world-class team, creating and launching the premium brand, establishing and executing the go-to-market and expansion strategy, leading all fundraising activities, driving operations, and determining the highest order KPIs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience, most recently executive-level experience, with a proven track record of success
  • Experience in radical accountability: Experience in a fast-growing environment and an understanding of the existential threats of the situation with limited resources
  • Demonstration of intellectual curiosity, extreme levels of accountability, and an ability to be incredibly decisive
