Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced cook to join our team at Bear's Den Lounge & Motel. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes for our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
  • Order supplies and equipment
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • 30 to 40 hours per week
  • English language
