Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of 11-15 people and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient operations
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed at all times
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and growth
  • Lead and instruct team members to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service to drive loyalty and retention
  • Manage events and promotions to drive sales and growth
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
Supervision:

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for supervising a team of 11-15 people.
