We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team at CASA Mental Health, where you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children, youth, and families. As a member of our school-based mental health service, you will work closely with teachers and other professionals to provide coordinated support to students and their families.

About the Role

In this role, you will work within CASA's new model for school-based mental health service, known as CASA Classrooms. This innovative approach addresses the complex needs of students by providing high-quality trauma-focused mental health therapies, case management, and consultation services.

  • Provide trauma-focused mental health therapies to children, teens, and families, working closely with the CASA team and external supports.
  • Help caregivers develop specialized parenting skills for children with exceptional needs.
  • Formulate diagnoses using the DSM-5-TR and other diagnostic tools.
  • Conduct case management functions, including convening case conferences and liaising with CASA therapists and psychiatrists, community services, and other professionals involved with the child and their family.
  • Coordinate consultation with other therapists or external partners as needed.
What We Offer

CASA Mental Health offers a competitive salary range of $43.17 to $55.39 per hour, plus an additional $9/hour premium for working in CASA Classrooms.
