Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and team-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Nbox Port Alberni Foods Inc. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a clean and safe dining environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, portion and wrap foods, and serve customers at counters or buffet tables.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
  • Inventory Management: Stock refrigerators and salad bars, and package take-out food.
  • Customer Service: Take customers' orders and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Work Experience: Will train.
  • Personal Qualities: Reliability and team player.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment with a permanent position offering gratuities and a 35-40 hour workweek.
