BDS CONSTRUCTIONS LTD seeks a skilled Floor Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our cleaning crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have experience in floor maintenance, with a focus on sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and waxing hallways, floors, and stairs. You will also be responsible for operating industrial vacuum cleaners to remove debris and emptying trash cans and waste containers.
In addition to these duties, the successful candidate will perform routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair, and clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas.
Requirements- Experience in floor maintenance is an asset
This is a permanent, full-time position that requires working on-site at various locations. The typical workweek is 32-40 hours per week, with a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year.
The successful candidate will possess excellent physical stamina, as this role requires frequent lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. A strong attention to detail and ability to work independently are essential.
