Key Responsibilities- Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Manage food inventory by keeping records of quantities used and receiving, unpacking, and storing supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
- Prepare and serve food to customers at counters or buffet tables, taking orders and ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment, to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and sharpen kitchen knives to maintain a well-organized and efficient workspace.
- Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit to prepare for cooking and presentation.
