About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Practical Nurse to join our team at Schlegel Villages. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality personal care to our residents, fostering a resident-centred social culture and promoting their overall well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Support and advocate for residents to actively participate in decisions about their care
  • Deliver holistic care to residents, including safe administration of medication and treatments
  • Work collaboratively with the Charge Nurse and Village leadership team to identify and report any changes in residents' well-being
  • Hold a current registration as a Registered Practical Nurse with the College of Nurses of Ontario and maintain current Heart Save Level of CPR
