About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant to join our team at Primecare Pharmacy. As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our pharmacists and ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical Support: Assist pharmacists with dispensing medications, processing prescriptions, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Inventory Management: Order and maintain inventory of medications, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that our pharmacy is well-stocked and organized.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to patients, answering questions and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and other duties as assigned.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our pharmacy team to achieve our goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a pharmacy or related field
  • Skills: Accurate, client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, judgement, organized, team player, flexibility, initiative, reliability
