About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Transportation Coordinator to support the management of inbound and outbound warehouse traffic at Arterra Wines Canada, Inc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and facilitate the transportation of finished goods to ensure timely delivery to third-party locations and estate wineries.
  • Work closely with transport carriers to meet daily shipping schedules and monitor daily components receiving schedules.
  • Facilitate daily inbound courier and miscellaneous supplier deliveries, and coordinate finished goods and component transfers between branch plants.
  • Complete daily transfer transactions in JDE and report daily discrepancies to the inventory team.
  • Maintain and track delivery schedules to ensure delivery schedules are met.

Requirements:

  • Secondary School Diploma
  • 1-2 years of experience in transportation or logistics
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment with a problem-solving mindset
  • Advanced communication skills
  • Intermediate computer skills, including database and computer skills
  • Advanced ability to multitask and attention to detail

Compensation: Budgeted Range – $46,090 - $52,392

The budgeted range takes into account several factors and qualifications that are considered in making compensation decisions, including experience, education, training, licenses, certifications, and other business and organizational requirements. Base pay is only one component of the total rewards offering at Arterra.
