Key Responsibilities
  • Content Management
    • Develop strong relationships with our Account Management, Creative, Support, and Project Management teams to ensure effective content planning and trafficking.
    • Coordinate with internal teams throughout the project lifecycle, serving as a key stakeholder for content-related items.
    • Communicate with clients as needed to ensure timely and accurate content delivery.
    • Ensure content and network readiness for new installations, including documentation of day-to-day details as client content needs evolve.
    • Scope effort for small to medium-sized projects and conduct quality assurance of all content files, including playback validation and programming verification.
    • Respond to day-to-day content inquiries in a timely manner, adhering to SLA agreements.
  • Data & Network Management
    • Accurately track, input, and maintain business knowledge information for client networks and individual locations.
    • Manage pricing and calorie information as needed, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
    • Host mass data changes across small and large networks, collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
    • Peer review and approve changes, ensuring high-quality data management.
    • Assist Content Delivery Managers in performing QA processes and validation of new platforms and special projects.
  • Troubleshooting in-field escalations
    • Serve as the first line of triage for content ticket escalations, working closely with CSD and Dev Ops to resolve issues.
    • Communicate resolution and root cause to internal managers, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Requirements
  • University or College Degree in a relevant discipline.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role at an advertising agency, digital marketing, and/or media agency.
  • Knowledge of digital signage, experiential, and/or digital marketing, digital media, or media sales is considered an asset.
  • Sense of urgency and ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects with ease.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Effective written, oral, and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, motivated, and resourceful individual.
  • Detail-oriented and aptitude for technology.
  • Moderate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint is an asset.
