Job Summary

Aecon is seeking a highly skilled Marine Works Lead to join our team on the Darlington New Nuclear Project. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall coordination of marine works, ensuring the successful execution of the project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate marine works with the Alliance Partner to ensure collective focus on execution goals.
  • Develop and maintain the overall sequence of design to construction.
  • Lead technical discussions with Engineering and Subcontractors to develop final design and specifications.
  • Develop Method Statements and construction packages.
  • Proactively manage risk and mitigation across the board of Partner.
  • Ensure all required materials and services have been identified and ordered.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary university or college technical degree and/or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 5 years Project Management experience in a related role.
  • Previous experience with marine, coastal or offshore works required.
  • Excellent organizational, communication and customer relationship skills.
