We are Lenovo, a global technology powerhouse, and we're looking for a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. This role will be dedicated to supporting our IT Services Business Unit, requiring a deep understanding of the IT services landscape and strong sourcing skills to engage passive candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Lenovo's IT Services Business Unit: Collaborate closely with our IT services division to identify and deliver top talent for key roles across the business.
  • Passive Candidate Sourcing: Leverage various sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive IT services candidates.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to offer stage for IT services roles, ensuring a smooth candidate journey.
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers within the IT services division to understand role requirements, provide market insights, and set realistic hiring timelines.
  • Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with passive IT services professionals, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Screening & Interviewing: Conduct screening interviews and manage the interview process alongside hiring managers.
  • Data-Driven Recruitment: Track recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
  • Experience: 8+ years of talent acquisition experience, with a focus on recruiting for IT services roles. Prior experience supporting IT services business units is essential.
  • IT Services Knowledge: Strong understanding of the IT services industry, including key roles, skill sets, and talent market trends.
  • Sourcing Expertise: Proven track record of successfully attracting passive candidates in the IT services sector through creative sourcing strategies.
  • Recruitment Tools: Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and other sourcing platforms commonly used for IT recruitment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence both candidates and internal stakeholders.
