About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Academic Engagement Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying growth opportunities, and guiding them through transformative technology advancements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead day-to-day execution of client projects, guiding and developing individual team members.
  • Own and lead client project work, gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and developing recommendations for presentations to client management.
  • Lead the implementation of recommendations with the client team members.
  • Manage all aspects of a client project, building and nurturing deep relationships with project stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor who understands their unique business objectives, processes, and challenges.
  • Act as the day-to-day liaison between the customer and our internal teams, communicating effectively with all audiences, including senior leaders in a structured manner.
  • Translate gaps or risks into insights that anticipate customer needs and proactively suggest improvements or new solutions.
  • Monitor the progress of customer engagements along with the project manager.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, providing insight to internal teams to improve products, services, and processes.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a consultant in a professional services firm preferred.
  • Ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously.
  • Experience in business consulting and analysis: Agile Theory, Business Process Analysis, Procedure Development, Requirements Gathering.
  • Experience in project management.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of CAD $90,000 – 130,000, dependent on the candidate's experience. Our head office is in Vancouver, but this is a remote work from home role, with the ability to work anywhere in Canada.
