Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team at Combustion Solutions Inc.

Job Summary

The Supply Chain Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing the flow of goods, services, and information from raw materials to end customers. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compile and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in supply chain operations
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory levels, lead times, and shipping costs
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth execution of production plans
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure long-term partnerships
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in supply chain management
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP degree in a related field (e.g. supply chain management, logistics, business administration)
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supply chain or logistics role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and supply chain management software
