We are a dynamic organization that is constantly seeking talented individuals to join our team. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting job notices, and collecting and screening applicants.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying current and prospective staffing needs and developing strategies to address them
  • Coordinating the recruitment process, including advertising job openings and screening resumes
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and preferences
  • Negotiating settlements of appeals and disputes and coordinating termination of employment processes

Prior Experience and Skills

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in human resources or a related field
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
