Job Title: Early Childhood Education Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified Early Childhood Education Specialist to join our team at Children's Club and Art Academy.

About the Role:

This is a permanent, full-time position that involves developing and implementing child-care programs that support and promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children. The successful candidate will lead activities, encourage creativity, and establish collaborative relationships with co-workers and community service providers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that meet the diverse needs of children;
  • Lead activities that promote learning, creativity, and socialization;
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with co-workers and community service providers;
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of other early childhood educators and assistants;
  • Observe children for signs of potential learning or behavioural problems and prepare reports for parents and supervisors.
Requirements:
  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate;
  • Criminal record check;
  • Child Abuse Registry check;
  • Medical exam;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively;
  • Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility.
Work Environment:

Salary:

$45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
