We are seeking a highly skilled Disaster Response Specialist to join our team at Paul Davis Restoration of Regina SK. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in responding to disasters and restoring properties to their pre-disaster state.

Job Description

The Disaster Response Specialist will be responsible for performing various tasks related to disaster response and restoration, including water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement, and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • High-level performance of water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement, and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications under the supervision of the Mitigation Manager.
  • Focusing on providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean, properly stocked, and organized truck and equipment.
  • Participating in the on-call schedule and being accessible by phone as needed.
  • Assisting with warehousing and facility-related tasks when necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high level of dedication to customer service.
  • Fluency in English.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean record.
  • A criminal background check.
  • The ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
  • The ability to lift 75 LBS frequently.
