Job Summary

McKesson is a leading healthcare company that delivers innovative solutions to improve patient care. We are seeking a skilled Nurse Manager to lead our nursing operations and ensure high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage nursing teams to deliver safe and effective patient care
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve patient outcomes and reduce costs
  • Recruit, hire, and train nursing staff to meet the needs of our clinics
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities to nursing staff
  • Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • RN with the College of Nurses of Ontario, Canada
  • 6+ years of professional RN experience
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a clinical medical or hospital environment
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle

  • Ability to manage relationships and negotiate with stakeholders
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability
  • Ability to lead and manage change and coach and mentor a team of professionals
What We Offer
