Job Overview

We're seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Caregiver. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. You'll work closely with our care team to develop and implement individualized service plans that promote the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with residents and their families through regular communication and interaction
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Notify management of changes in condition or concerns about resident care
  • Participate in the development and implementation of individualized service plans
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure resident needs are met and exceeded
Qualifications
  • Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment
  • Preferred: HCA Diploma, registration with BC Care Registry, Food Safe, and First Aid certification
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Additionally, we provide:
