Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development, to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and meet quality control standards.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that issues are resolved promptly and to the customer's satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and ensure that inventory levels are adequate to meet customer demand.
- Work Schedules: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure that the restaurant is adequately staffed during peak periods.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and implement corrective actions as necessary to maintain high-quality standards.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Physical Demands: Fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods.
