Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including preparing and maintaining records, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling correspondence.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Office Management: Oversee the maintenance of our office, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
- Event Planning: Assist with planning and coordinating events, meetings, and seminars, including preparing agendas, arranging logistics, and coordinating with vendors.
- Reporting and Data Entry: Prepare and maintain reports, including data entry and record-keeping, to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Payroll Administration: Assist with payroll administration, including processing payroll, managing benefits, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week
