This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to assess claims for benefit entitlement by reviewing contractual, medical, functional, and occupational information.   • Absenteeism, Disability, Critical Illness, and Job Loss claims assessment;
  • Following up with stakeholders to obtain or provide claim status and reasoning information;
  • Thorough documentation of analysis according to company policies and procedures;
  • Effectively managing an active caseload in accordance with client service standards and best practice guidelines;
  • Contributing to a positive and dynamic working environment through collaboration and department project work.
