Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Floor Care Specialist to join our team at Lynn's Executive Cleaning Service Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment in our facilities.

About the Job
This is a permanent full-time position working 32 to 40 hours per week. As a Floor Care Specialist, you will work independently with minimal supervision, performing a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks. You will be required to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and have good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks throughout your shift.

Responsibilities
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
* Sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing floors
* Dusting furniture and fixtures
* Vacuuming carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture
* Handling lost and found items and reporting them to management
* Providing basic information on facility operations to customers and visitors
* Performing light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including washing windows, walls, and ceilings
* Addressing customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* No degree, certificate, or diploma required
* Willingness to train and learn new skills
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks throughout your shift
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Benefits
As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary range of $38,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive benefits that include workplace hazardous materials information system (WHMIS) certification and criminal record checks. Working Conditions and Physical Capabilities
The successful candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. You will be required to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and have good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks throughout your shift. You will also need to be able to stand, walk, and bend frequently throughout your day.

Security and Safety
All employees of Lynn's Executive Cleaning Service Inc. are subject to a criminal record check as a condition of employment. You will also be required to complete a WHMIS certification program as part of your training.

Salary Range
$38,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience.
