Flooring Specialist

B.C. LTD. is seeking a skilled Flooring Specialist to join our team. As a Flooring Specialist, you will be responsible for inspecting, measuring, and marking surfaces to be covered, as well as preparing flooring plans and scheduling. You will also be responsible for measuring, cutting, and installing carpeting, resilient floor coverings, and hardwood floors. Additionally, you will conduct moisture, pH, temperature, and other tests prior to flooring installations, and prepare floors for installations. Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect, measure, and mark surfaces to be covered
  • Prepare flooring plans and scheduling
  • Measure, cut, and install carpeting, resilient floor coverings, and hardwood floors
  • Conduct moisture, pH, temperature, and other tests prior to flooring installations
  • Prepare floors for installations
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in the flooring industry
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • Ability to work 30-40 hours per week
