Salary and Benefits

The competitive salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive compensation package, employees can enjoy partial teleworking, flexible schedules, vacation time based on experience, group insurance, employer pension fund participation, and profit sharing opportunities.

Job Description

As a member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for studying, designing, and developing various electrical and mechatronic systems for vehicles. Your key tasks will include:

  • Performing calculations, analyses, and validations of different parts and/or groups of parts of one or more systems;
  • Developing control and diagnostic functions for electronic management modules;
  • Creating specifications and supporting tenders to suppliers of electrical and electronic equipment;
  • Developing and executing test plans necessary to validate technical solutions while taking into account established standards and norms;
  • Collaborating with design, production, quality assurance, and manufacturing engineering teams;
  • Solving production and network issues and tracking them with suppliers.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, automated production engineering, or a specialization in mechatronics;
  • An understanding and ability to integrate electrical, electronic, software, and mechanical principles with each other;
  • Comfort working in an environment where technical solutions are not known and predictive analysis methods are used;
  • A strong interest in driving and designing recreational & performance vehicles;
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
