Job Summary:

The Meat Cutter will be responsible for cutting and preparing meat products for sale in our retail store. This includes cutting carcasses, sides, and quarters, as well as wrapping and packaging prepared meats.

Work Environment:

The Meat Cutter will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to stand for extended periods. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and be able to work accurately under pressure.

Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 35 hours per week
