Shift Manager

We are seeking a skilled Shift Manager to join our team at Subway. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain a well-stocked inventory
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory levels
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback
- Establish work schedules and delegate tasks to staff members, ensuring that all responsibilities are met
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail
