Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead our team at Harmony Hills Early Learning Academy and Youth Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients, and providing strategic leadership to our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate administrative services to ensure efficient and effective delivery of programs and services
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties
  • Direct and advise staff engaged in providing administrative services, including records management, security, finance, purchasing, and human resources
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure the organization is running smoothly and efficiently
  • Assist in the planning and execution of financial statement audits to ensure the organization's financial health
  • Manage the operations of a department providing a single administrative service, ensuring that services are delivered in a timely and efficient manner
  • Evaluate the operations of a department providing administrative services to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
  • or equivalent experience
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
