Responsibilities and Requirements:



  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in retail or hospitality, is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for effectively interacting with customers and colleagues.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Pleasant, friendly manner and demonstrated ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail are crucial for accurate financial transactions and record-keeping.
  • Ability to cooperate with all staff members and departments to provide a seamless customer experience.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Estimated Salary: $35,000 - $45,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus additional benefits and compensation packages.
