Bird Industrial Management Services is seeking a skilled Senior Construction Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5 years or more of experience in construction project management and be legally able to work in Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and scheduling.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Manage financial aspects of projects, including budgeting and cost control.
Requirements
  • 5 years or more of experience in construction project management.
  • Legally able to work in Canada.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
