About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Floral Designer to join our team at Terra Plants & Flowers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and creating beautiful floral arrangements and other floral items.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and create floral arrangements and other floral items using natural and artificial flowers and decorative accessories.
- Select and source high-quality flowers and materials to ensure exceptional results.
- Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of floral design principles and techniques.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our designs remain innovative and exciting.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Ability to distinguish between colours and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent oral communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others.
