About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Floral Designer to join our team at Terra Plants & Flowers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating stunning floral arrangements and designs that exceed our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and create beautiful floral arrangements using a variety of flowers, foliage, and decorative materials.
  • Select and source high-quality flowers and plants to ensure consistency and excellence in our designs.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless execution of events and orders.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in floral design or a related field.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent manual dexterity, attention to detail, and hand-eye coordination.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
