At JBS Food Canada, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is based in Brooks or Calgary, AB.

We are one of Canada's largest beef processors, with four locations across the country. Our main processing facility in Brooks, Alberta, processes approximately 4,200 head of cattle daily, producing a range of products including boxed beef primals, ground beef, beef trimmings, and hides.

The successful candidate will work closely with our sales, pricing, and scheduling teams to manage and develop our schedulers. They will also work on program mix strategy and product allocation, as well as managing daily cattle inventory to ensure optimal balance between kill and fab.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Agri-Business, Meat Science, Business, Marketing, or Animal Science, and experience in scheduling and demand planning. They will possess strong communication and leadership skills, as well as attention to detail and data analysis abilities.

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
