We are seeking a skilled Ramen Chef to join our team at Kinton Ramen Gordon Guelph. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

The ideal candidate will have a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and at least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You will be required to inspect kitchens and food service areas, train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food, and supervise kitchen staff and helpers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
  • Manage kitchen operations

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Safe Food Handling certificate
