As a Benefits Consultant, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by building and maintaining valuable relationships with prospects and clients. You will consult with clients in the area of employee benefits, helping them manage risk, cost, and facilitate an equitable and engaged workforce.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and acquire new business revenue through sales to new and existing clients with emphasis on small to mid-size companies with high revenue
  • Participate in team sales situations with other producers and support personnel
  • Develop a pipeline of business opportunities that are an appropriate mix of new clients and account expansion
  • Introduce Gallagher's full-service offering to broaden the scope and impact of client relationships
  • Assist, educate, and mentor other staff members in new client sales situations and existing client service requirements

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Significant consultative B2B sales experience
  • Experience in the Benefits Administration and Consulting industry is ideal
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team selling environment
  • Results Oriented
  • A real passion for building relationships and collaborating toward success
