Responsibilities:

  • Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Cost products and services
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
  • Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Provide customer service
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-4 people supervise
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Windows, and Word
  • Basic security clearance
  • Own transportation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines

This role requires a strong team player with excellent organizational and time management skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a dynamic and demanding work environment.
