Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Associate to join our team at Maple Leaf Foods. As a Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing plans to achieve business objectives
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to optimize campaign performance
  • Provide category reporting and analysis to support business decision-making
Requirements
  • Post-secondary degree in Business or Marketing
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
