Key Responsibilities:- Translate customer insights into effective marketing strategies
- Execute global integrated campaigns to drive customer engagement
- Collaborate with medical teams to gain customer insights and respond to customer needs
- Manage local congresses and events to promote our products
- Work with global teams to implement marketing strategies
- Develop business analytics to inform marketing decisions
- Advise global and regional teams on customer trends and market analysis
- Develop media plans to support global campaign objectives
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- 3+ years of experience in marketing and/or sales
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Sales
- Service-oriented mindset
- Experience in multichannel marketing
- Knowledge of marketing ways of working and code of promotion
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
