About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join our team at DHALIWAL DAIRY. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the financial records and accounts of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documents.
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping: Prepare and reconcile financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Depreciation and Asset Management: Calculate and record depreciation of fixed assets, and maintain accurate records of asset purchases and disposals.
  • Tax Compliance: Prepare and submit tax returns, and ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to management.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
  • Skills: Accurate, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, and team player.
Working Conditions
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
