We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join our team at 4-WAY TRAFFIC CONTROL LTD. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the financial records and accounts of our company.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documents.
- Accounting and Bookkeeping: Prepare and reconcile financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Payroll and Benefits: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, as well as maintain records of employee benefits and deductions.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to management.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws, and identify and mitigate potential financial risks.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
- Skills: Proficiency in accounting software, data analysis software, and database software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Language: Fluency in English.
