About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Operations Specialist at Shivani Sales Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Ensure accurate and efficient inventory management, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
  • Warehouse Operations: Oversee daily warehouse operations, including loading, unloading, and moving products and materials.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking inventory levels, monitoring stock levels, and reporting any discrepancies.
  • Warehouse Safety: Ensure a safe working environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the warehouse team to achieve goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Work Setting: Warehouse.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding, requiring standing for extended periods and repetitive tasks.
  • Security Clearance: Basic security clearance.
