About Holly Nails Tech Ltd.

We are a dynamic and growing nail salon company seeking a skilled Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team. As a Nail Salon Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our salon, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of nail technicians to deliver high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and Coordinate Work: Plan and coordinate the work schedules of our nail technicians to ensure efficient use of resources and meet customer demand.
  • Requisition and Inventory Management: Order and manage the inventory of nail care products, equipment, and supplies to maintain a well-stocked salon.
  • Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve work-related problems, provide technical guidance, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Staff Supervision and Training: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of our nail technicians, and provide training on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Financial Management: Manage gratuities and other financial aspects of the salon.
  • Support for Diversity and Inclusion: Participate in initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion, and create a welcoming work environment for employees with disabilities, newcomers, refugees, youth, veterans, Indigenous people, and mature workers.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a nail salon or related field.
  • Ability to work 35 to 40 hours per week.
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
