Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive a tractor-trailer combination to transport goods over long distances
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods and provide excellent customer service
  • Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle is in good working condition
  • Load and unload goods, and ensure they are properly secured for transport
  • Operate GPS and other navigation equipment to optimize routes and reduce fuel consumption

Requirements:

  • AZ class license
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment

Working Conditions:

  • Work is performed in a fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines
  • May be required to work overtime, including evenings and weekends
  • May be required to travel away from home for extended periods
