Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Barakah Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and supervise the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Prepare budget and cost estimates and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Establish work schedules and address customers' complaints or concerns.
Requirements:
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Environment: Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The successful candidate must be able to work under pressure and have a strong attention to detail.
