At Roska DBO Inc., we are looking for an experienced Recruiter to work directly with oil and gas producers and clients to understand their workforce needs.

We provide benefit packages and matched RRSP programs. This role involves:

  • Create job postings based on identified needs and geographical areas
  • Manage applicant tracking systems
  • Screen applicants and conduct interviews
  • Travel to remote locations for support with customer relations, HSE, and logistics needs.
  • Represent the company and client's brand in all activities

The ideal candidate has previous HR and/or recruitment experience, knowledge of the oil and gas industry, and excellent communication skills. They should be able to work collaboratively with a diverse team and have flexible schedules. This position is located in Grande Prairie, Alberta.

Roska DBO Inc. is a customer-focused operations company offering expertise in production and equipment solutions on well sites and facilities. We serve western and northern Canada, plus selected U.S. and international markets, with a primary focus on the Alberta/B.C. region.
