**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Back in Motion Rehab Inc. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial role in facilitating recovery and promoting overall well-being for individuals with occupational injuries and activity-related soft tissue disorders.
**Job Description**
- Facilitate evidence-based assessment and rehabilitation services for clients with work-related injuries and conditions.
- Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans to support clients' return to work through in-clinic and workplace interventions.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Counselors, Physicians, Kinesiologists, and Case Managers, to provide comprehensive care.
**Requirements**
- Related experience in vocational rehabilitation, musculoskeletal, Active Rehab/Exercise Therapy.
- Registered with the College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia, ideally with 2 years of experience.
- Less than 2 years of experience may be considered for the right candidate.
