Job Summary

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team at Oh that's clean. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Work Schedule: 30 hours per week
  • Language: English
  • Tasks:
    • Establish and implement policies and procedures
    • Schedule and confirm appointments
    • Manage contracts
    • Answer electronic enquiries
    • Compile data, statistics and other information
    • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
    • Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations
    • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
    • Perform data entry
    • Provide customer service
    • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
