Job Title: Business Development Officer - Industrial Investment

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Officer to join our team at Heritage Investment Corp. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing policies, administering programs, and planning development projects to promote industrial and commercial business investment in rural and urban areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop policies and programs to promote industrial and commercial business investment in rural and urban areas.
  • Administer programs to encourage investment in rural and urban areas.
  • Plan development projects to support industrial and commercial business growth.
  • Develop venture capital sources to support business development.
  • Conduct comparative research on marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products.
  • Conduct social or economic surveys to assess development potential and future trends.
  • Design market research questionnaires to gather data on business development.
  • Develop and implement business plans to support business growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in business development or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
