Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team at PeopleToGo. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on-time, within budget, and meet customer expectations of quality and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and lead the scoping, planning, costing, and pricing of projects.
  • Manage customer acceptance of the solution and ensure customer expectations align with the agreed statement of work.
  • Coordinate the establishment of a project environment, including preparing and maintaining roles/responsibility matrices, personnel plans, and resource schedules.
  • Measure, track, and evaluate project progress against the project schedule using project reports, including project financials and reporting compliance.
  • Author weekly status reports for distribution and review with the end-user (customer) in status meetings.
  • Utilize tools such as MS Project, PSA, Excel, and MS Word to manage projects.
  • Ensure execution and accuracy of monthly forecasts, billings, and procurement and payment of contractors.
  • Travel is estimated to be approximately 40% of a work year.

Requirements:

  • 4-8 years of project management experience.
  • Experience working effectively in challenging solution implementation environments.
  • Experience managing complex, technology projects.
  • Appropriate PM formal education, such as a Master's Certificate in Project Management or Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification through PMI.
  • French Canadian verbal and written skills are an asset.
